It was an honor to attend the CIPD Conference and Exhibition in Manchester last week. The CIPD champion better work and working lives and define global standards for People Professionals. As members of the CIPD, our clients and employees benefit from the wealth of resources and knowledge they offer.

It was a great opportunity to network, take a look at cutting edge technology that automates HR processes, explore employee incentive packages and learn about the financial impact of recent budget changes on organisations.

Having arrived at the event keen to find a pragmatic solution to one of our clients ongoing issues, it was encouraging and exciting to discover a whole array of options to present on return to the office.
